My name is Karen and I am a Pediatric Sleep Coach.
As a mother of two, I understand the exhaustion and worry parents feel when their child is not sleeping well. My goal is to use my training and experience to help families who are seeking a change!
As a Sleep Coach, I use evidence-based and compassionate strategies for teaching little ones healthy sleep habits and skills so they are meeting their sleep needs, consolidating their night sleep (10-12 hours for most) and napping better independently. I also educate and empower parents so they can maintain their child's sleep for the long-term.
Since 2018, I have worked with many families across Canada. I am grateful for the trust each family has granted me while working with their little one and I would be honoured to work with your family, too.

Starting each day with a 'full tank' enables parents to feel present and engaged with their little ones - this is the most crucial ingredient for developing a loving bond and healthy attachment between parent and child. When a baby sleeps well, they are more calm, able to focus, eager to learn and happy through the day and at bedtime.
