I will educate you, the parent, on the science of infant sleep (biological sleep drive, circadian rhythm, sleep needs, and so on) to convey why sleep is so important for your child’s well-being and better understand how the plan will work and why. This will help motivate you to make the necessary changes to your child’s sleep habits and achieve what is truly best for your child!
E M P OW E R
I will provide a detailed and fully customized sleep plan that uses gentle and effection strategies predicted to work best for your child. Together, through private consultation, we will determine what will work best for your child (because no one knows your child better than you do!) and family situation. And, I will communicate what to expect and how to measure success day-by-day.
S U P PO R T
I will be your biggest cheerleader along your child’s sleep journey. Navigating parenthood isn’t easy, we all make compromises in an effort to do what's best - I come free of judgement and full of knowledge to help guide you and your family to more restful nights. My goal is to make families feel comfortable and confident throughout the implementation of the sleep program.
